Please call our office at (585) 359-2090 to schedule a time to view the community center. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the event. YOU MUST PAY THE DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. NOTE THAT THE COMMUNITY CENTER IS CLOSED ON HOLDAYS.

Community Room Rules & Requirements
- You MUST pick up the key at the office prior to the party.
- You MUST be at the party the entire time.
- You MUST be at least 21 years old.
- You MUST depart from the building prior to midnight.
- You MUST make sure that the video camera is plugged in at all times.
- You MUST NOT allow any underage drinking at your party.
- You MUST clean all areas used: hallway, bathrooms, kitchen, party room, and outside area. (See list.)
- You MUST clean and put away all tables and chairs.
- You MUST empty all trash cans and place trash in the dumpster.
- You MUST turn down the heat to 50 degrees and make sure that the AC units are turned off.
- You MUST lock all windows, the party room door, and the outside door.
- You MUST arm the alarm “away” (press #3) and drop off the key in the office door slot.
The rental fee for Riverton community residents is $125.00, with a security deposit of $200.00. For non-residents, the rental fee is $200.00, along with a $200 security deposit. Contact the office for more information. The community center is closed on all holidays. The community center is closed when the office is not open for in person.
