Please call our office at (585) 359-2090 to schedule a time to view the community center. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the event. YOU MUST PAY THE DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. NOTE THAT THE COMMUNITY CENTER IS CLOSED ON HOLDAYS.

Community Room Rules & Requirements
- The key may only be picked up from the office on the day of the event.
- The host is required to remain at the event for its entire duration.
- The host must be at least 21 years of age.
- All guests must vacate the building by 11 PM.
- The video camera must remain plugged in at all times.
- Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
- The host is responsible for cleaning all areas used, including the hallway, bathrooms, kitchen, party room, and outside areas (see detailed list).
- All tables and chairs must be cleaned and properly stored.
- Trash cans must be emptied and waste disposed of in the dumpster.
- The thermostat should be turned down to 50 degrees, and all air conditioning units must be turned off.
- Ensure all windows, the party room door, and the outside door are securely locked.
- Arm the alarm system to "away" mode (press #3) and return the key to the office door slot after the event is over.
The rental fee for Riverton community residents is $125.00, with a security deposit of $200.00. For non-residents, the rental fee is $200.00, along with a $200 security deposit. Contact the office for more information. The community center is closed on all holidays. The community center is closed when the office is not open for in person.
