The assessment invoice is sent to all RCA property owners every July. Full payment of the assessment is due by August 31st. The fiscal year is July 1 - June 30. The assessment payment includes an 1,100 sq. ft. community center, (separate rental fee required), basketball courts, tennis courts, 3 pools (separate membership fee required), playgrounds and approx. 5 miles of bike paths.
