The Architectural Review Board is a group of volunteers who enforce the community standards in your neighborhoods and developments, to keep them uniform and visually standardized to a reasonable extent. A resident that wants to make a change or addition to their property may need to secure approval from the architectural review board.
The Architectural Review Board serves in addition to the Board of Directors. This Board is responsible for reviewing all exterior change requests received via your homeowner portal. ARB reviews non-compliant notifications but does not seek out violations. |

Those homeowners who live on Dessie Heights are also a part of a separate homeowners association. This association is in addition to the Riverton Community Association. Cross Creek HOA is currently managed by Clover Group, Inc.
