Who
We encourage all residents and owners of Riverton Community Association to join us in-person or virtually for this meeting. We have arranged to have ASL interpreters present at the meeting.
What
The official list of items to be voted on are released prior to the annual meeting.
Who can Vote?
As per the covenants, all residents and owners who are in good standing and are registered are eligible to vote. If you are an owner and you also live here, you get TWO votes! For example, John lives here with his wife, Kathy, (who also is on the deed) and two children aged 19 and 15. John and Kathy would get one vote to share for being owners, then they each get one vote for being residents, then the child who is aged 19 would also get a vote. In total, that house is eligible for 4 votes.
Registering to Vote
Please use the button above to register to vote! Friendly reminder- YOU MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING TO VOTE. This means, you can't owe the association any money, you also can't have any open violation over 10 days old still open.
