Riverton Community Association (RCA) was established in 1973 as a planned unit development (PUD) and is located in the southwestern part of Henrietta, NY. Riverton Community offers common ground space (bike path, playgrounds, and basketball/tennis courts) for over 700 single-family residential homes. Residents also have the option to purchase pool memberships at a low cost for use of three outdoor pools. In addition, the 1,100 sq. ft. Betty Ann McDonald Community Center is available to rent for parties. As a Property Owners Association, the community does not offer any services or maintenance on individual homeowner lots. In addition to the 700+ single-family homes, there are two privately owned companies, Springside Meadows and Riverton Knolls, that offer apartment rentals which include the use of RCA common ground space.
